I have one. At first I thought it was lame and I was going to send it back because I thought I'd be limited to just cutting text out of vinyl or paper. Then I discovered that you can cut directly from Adobe Illustrator 10. That made it very worth while because you can do exactly what the professional sign shop does (although you're limited to 8.5 inches wide). Great product!

Magic Gadget if you are addicted to card making or scrap booking. Easy to use with loads of free files on the internet, although necessary blades and cutting mats for it that will need replacing frequently are very hard to find.

If you live in the UK, buy it from the UK as I made the mistake of getting mine for USA. Waited for ages to arrive, the plug was the wrong sort and I had to pay £30 VAT

It is a great die cutting machine. It does what it says. I had a little difficulty figuring out how to layout the paper for cutting. After that, I was able to put my creativity to the test. Downloads are CHEAP, and you only buy what you need. Some are even free. I would buy this machine again. Great product for the money!
